We often let ourselves settle into a comfortable routine and get upset when something pops
up, unaccountably disturbing our peaceful lifestyle. And then paradoxically, we also tend to
complain about the fact that our days repeat themselves in a “work-eat-sleep-repeat” pattern.
But, what if we intentionally brought elements of change into our lives? What if we
rediscovered the joys of learning and decided to improve ourselves by trying to master new
things such as a language or a new skill? And what would happen if we switched our routine
around and discovered unusual places, tried different colors and surprising new flavors?
What if we brought little changes to the way we look, live, eat, exercise and work?
